Festival apps
will neverfeel the same.

Ellis Rook · Main Stage

Your guests won’t read the line‑up. They’ll play it.

They swipe a band and love it by the chorus.

Friends don’t let friends festival alone.

Your map walks them there. The music plays on the way.See what the map can do

Dynamic Island

Out of the app.Never out of the loop.

Your festival lives in their Dynamic Island: the walk to the stage, the friend they’re meeting, their crew. Nobody has to open the app.

Walking to ENEA Stage. The minutes count down on their own.

Press and hold: the next turn, the distance, the time they’ll be there.

Meeting Nicole. Her position shows only with her yes.

Where she is, since when, which way. Map, or done.

Three of their five, together at Harlow & June.

Who's where. One tap pings them all.

Quiet again. Until the next thing that matters.

Less time in the app. More time for the first chord, the band you found this morning, finding your friends in the crowd, the drop, singing every word, the sunrise set, the best weekend of the year.

The day, hour by hour

One guest's Saturday. And what your team sees while it happens.

Nicole is one of 6,000 guests at an example festival. Move the clock under the photo to follow her day: the field, the message on her phone, who sent it, and the numbers on your dashboard at that moment.

Your team writes most of these messages before the gates open. The rest go out on their own when a queue grows, rain is coming or the last tram is due. Example festival, example numbers.

Nicole is still on the tram. Gate A already has a queue.

    It’s your crowd.Here’s your data.

Ticketing keeps it. We hand it back. Everything your guests do in the app comes back to you: in your panel during the weekend, and in a file you keep for good.

App users only. Location only if they switch it on. Example numbers.

FAQ.Go on, ask the awkward ones.

Not here? Ask in the form.

We've had festival apps before. Nobody used them, and they died on Monday.

We agree an adoption target before launch and show you installs every day. At the example festival, 52 % of guests opened the app. If the number is bad, it goes in the first line of the report.

I don't want people with their noses in their phones.

Neither do we. Two taps, the answer, phone away. The app is built to be closed.

In a storm, what about everyone who hasn't got the app?

The app is one more channel, not your safety plan. The push reaches what a speaker can't: the far bar, the campsite, the tram stop. The rest still hear the stage.

This must be hard to run. We have no IT team.

You don't need one. Send us a poster and a running order; we build the app. During the weekend your panel is a form: change a set time, send a push.
