Privacy

This page explains what happens to your data on getlineapp.com: when you ask for a demo, and when you just look around. It covers this website only. Each festival app made with LineApp has its own privacy policy, published by the festival.

Who we are

The controller of your data is CocoLab.pl Sp. z o.o., ul. Królewska 65A/1, 30-081 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0000349053, NIP 6783099620. Write to us about anything on this page at hello@cocolab.pl.

When you ask for a demo

The form asks for your festival's name and your work e-mail. You can also give dates, expected guests and whether you have sponsors. With the request we record the page you sent it from, the page that brought you here and any campaign tags in the link (utm), so we know which channels work.

We use this to build your demo, send it to you and talk to you about LineApp. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering and following up on business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

The request reaches our team by e-mail and is stored in our customer database, which we host ourselves. We keep it for as long as we are talking, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

None of these tools load until you agree, and you can change your mind at any time. If you withdraw, we delete the cookies they set.

Who else handles your data

Only providers who help us run this site, under data processing agreements: our server host in the EU, the e-mail delivery service that brings your request to our inbox (Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, France), and the analytics and ad providers listed above, if you said yes to them. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with festivals or sponsors.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Write to hello@cocolab.pl. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Giving us your data is voluntary. Without a name and an e-mail we can't send you a demo.
